West Kelowna, BC – From star gazing and carnival games to harvest dinners and open houses, the wineries of the Westside Wine Trail have brought back some annual favourites as well as added some new events to the 2015 fall wine festival calendar.
Aside from new events, there are also three new wineries to discover during the ten day festival, with Ciao Bella Winery, Off The Grid Organic Winery and the hatch all having opened up their doors since May. The winery tasting rooms along the wine trail are open daily with several of the wineries also hosting special events during the festival run.
This year is a particularly good year to take in the Fall Wine Festival as the harvest started early, which means visitors may see everything from grapes still on the vines and activity in the vineyards to crushing taking place.
Visitors should check prior to attending the events, as some do require tickets or reservations.
